Teaching Music Virtually with Chordie

My new favourite application for teaching my classes at Humber College is Chordie, a cross-platform app that is available for both Mac and Windows. All that's essentially required is a MIDI keyboard connected to your computer; the program then analyzes your notes and projects an image of the note on your keyboard, with an option to see the grand staff, chord symbols and a fretboard. Apart from the obvious potential to misinterpret enharmonics which can't be helped, this is an invaluable teaching tool which took me exactly zero time to set up.
